My stay at this hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had nice updates to the bedding, which made it a comfortable retreat after a long day of activities. On the downside, the room was not properly cleaned when I first checked in, but the issue was quickly resolved, leaving a nice and clean space for the rest of my stay.

I found my stay at the hotel quite satisfying overall. The rooms were not as clean as expected and had a lingering smell of smoke even in the designated non-smoking room. However, I did appreciate the availability of handicap rooms. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist both guests and staff. The location was convenient, especially being close to Texas Tech, although the proximity to the highway limited the scenic view. The breakfast provided was average, but the price was reasonable for what was offered.
